This is the worst haircut I've ever had. I went in for a maintenance trim, as I have long hair, but he ended up cutting it much shorter than I wanted. Now it looks like a bob cut, which was not what I asked for. I specifically told him I wear my hair in a top knot most of the time and to avoid cutting it too short, but he completely ruined it. I will attach the pre cut & post cut pic

Pros: Hair stylist Mr. Rahul did a very good job. He has a professional and polite attitude. Much recommended for his service. Cons: Ambiance could've been more pleasant. There were no AC functioning properly so it was kinda uncomfy situation the whole time we were there.

I had facial here. Ms. Gayathri provided gentle care with good concern. Her service is appreciable. There are good amount of offers here. But I was not so comfortable when it is being repeated again and again. Once the existing offers are mentioned in the reception initially, I guess it is enough for the customer to choose. After which it is moving towards compulsion. Thank you.

The best nano plastia service ever... Long lasting and no damage to the hair. Totally safe and worth the money. Staffs were also really experienced in handling. Thanks to Mongo team

I took a keratin treatment today at mongo salon perumbakkam,the survice was awesome.the consultation manager roobina very good and gave me tips about after care. Rahul did an excellent job and I am loving my hair texture after the keratin treatment.highly recommend this salon.
