Never visit this parlour such an arrogant lady. I visited this parlour recently for a simple eyebrow trimming, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. I had clearly communicated my preference, but the beautician completely messed up my eyebrows -- they were over-trimmed and lost their natural shape. What's worse, when I politely pointed it out, she refused to acknowledge the mistake and was very dismissive of my concern. Eyebrows are such a crucial part and this kind of careless treatment is unacceptable. I expect professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to listen to customer feedback -- unfortunately, none of that was shown here. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable grooming services. Not even a single star deserved

My experience with mouriya is great , it the first time i have done any thing on my hair, I take there hair smoothening. It was soo good , I felt massive change in my hairs . Staff is very professional and kind

They all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my eyebrow came out! Definitely recommend coming here

I do the haircut in layer and hair colouring no hair colour in my hair

This is the only parlour that I trust to properly deal with my eyebrow
