This is my reply for recent review, I visited Reshma Beauty Parlour, Pammal, for my engagement hairstyle and was extremely disappointed. The stylist promised full prep: mousse, setting, and extensions. Instead, she just straightened a section of my hair, made 4 basic braids, didn't use enough spray, and skipped heat protectant. Within 30 mins, the braids came loose. It felt like I did it at home. Despite having time, the bride's hair was done in 40 mins. I'm not giving a fake review--you're cheating customers in the name of professional service. We never asked for makeup or saree draping from the very beginning. that's why you're arguing with my sister Lashika. she only asked for basic hairstyle and makeup just to know starting prices. No one would ask for a basic hairstyle for bride. I didn't come in a burqa or hide my hair. It's your job to observe--not ours to show. You first said 1500 for hairstyle without extensions. Then when we asked for longer hair, you said 3000 for hairstyle, extensions, and basic makeup. We said no makeup--just hair. You convinced us, we agreed. We paid 500 advance for a messy braid--you noted it. But later you didn't add extensions, saying my hair was long enough. then said I'll send pics to your sister which u didnt but kept status. In the rush, my family at home said just pay and come (in parlour me and friend was there) My friend noticed the ends looked thin--you replied "Messy braids look like that." That's why you didn't let my friends stay--they'd question you. I have 2C curly hair--very dense, yes. But I never hid it. You didn't ask, and that's your mistake. You initially said it would take 1 hr 30 mins, but you finished in 45 mins. While one person blow-dried without heat protection, another did makeup--all rushed. They are good at saree drapping and eye brow threading only. The real reason behind your behavior is because I didn't opt for facial, de-tan, or saree draping. I didn't mention Lashika anywhere here, but since you brought her up, I'll share her side too. She came only for saree draping and hair setting. She had already done a layer cut in Bangalore recently, so she just wanted a simple hair set. But you people did a blow-dry, which turned out to be a mess. Before she could even check the back, she asked the working girl to twist the front hair and clip it. Since she left her hair open, trusting that it would look nice, the owner--who came 20 minutes late--suddenly appeared and said, "No, this is a hairstyle. Pay 500 extra."She replied, "What? Just a twist and clip is 500?" Then she said, "Yeah, we're professionals." So Lashika said, "Okay, I'll do it myself," and left. Only afterward did she look in the mirror and start redoing her hair from scratch--because what you gave wasn't a hair set, just a plain blow-dry. So Lashika called her the next morning. You rudely said, "I'm working, you didn't request properly." (Na inga velaya iruken, Lashika?) Are we sitting around simply? cant you say i'll call you mam? Talking to her is a complete waste of time. I have no personal grudge to bring your reviews down. I gain nothing by doing this. I'm just sharing my honest experience. They were money-minded." For saree draping, you asked 250 as travel charges--when your parlour is opposite the venue (sai raksha pammal ) I'm attaching the pic-- what I got VS what i have asked for 3rd pic from internet (pic taken within 10 mins). After 1 hour, everything started falling. I've never reviewed like this, but you forced me. Don't give lame excuses like "Negro curls" or "She didn't show her hair." Do the job properly. First give good service. i know you will say this is fraudulant review, go head, i just want to share my experience thats it. Guys all her 5-star reviews are all from threading-- not bridal services, After my review, you faked more 5-stars so that mine will go down. its her trick. Dnt waste your money with them.

Since I can't able to attach the makeup and hairstyle pic of deepika in my ID.so I would like to show the photo pic of the bride who took basic makeup and hairstyle for 3000. From our parlour side the service is very worth for 3000 .Let my customers and public people know my work. I doesn't have any motive to post her pic.but when she started to give fake complaint.I wanted to show my work to public people and my coustomers. Let them judge my work

I am frequently coming for this parlour and they are giving me the best services. I frequently coming for this parlour for eyebrow threading and I have received the services which is good.And they all are very friendly with every customers. They will guide and giving opinion if we are about to do a haircut or when it comes to face mask for tan removal , de tan they will suggest in every possible way. Everything is affordable and trustable.

It's been 12 years, we are taking services in this parlour. It was a very good experience. They are treating the customer very nice. I am taking icebrow cutting and facial every month. They have so much patience and they are preparing a creaam by their own, which is giving a good result.

However, she merely straightened a section of my hair, created four basic braids, and did not use adequate hair spray. No heat protectant spray was applied before using heat styling tools, which is essential to prevent hair damage. The styling was done in a hall opposite the salon, lacking proper facilities. Within 30 minutes, the braids unraveled, leaving my hair messy and unkempt. It felt as though I had styled my hair at home rather than at a professional salon. Even more disappointing, the bride's hairstyle was completed in just 40 minutes--despite us having ample time and never rushing them. This showed a clear lack of care and attention to detail. When I contacted the stylist to express my concerns, she dismissed them, attributing the issues to my hair length and stating that amount was sufficient for just a blow-dry-- (which she took bunch of hair ) even though I had already shampooed my hair at home. She braid it in 2mins time itself. So today i called her for review, She mentioned being busy and was unresponsive to further communication. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and seemed more focused on money than customer satisfaction. They were unfriendly, and my bridesmaid was not allowed inside to observe the process, being asked to wait outside instead. I do not recommend Reshma Beauty Salon to anyone seeking quality hairstyling services. The experience was rushed, unprofessional, unfriendly, and not worth the cost.

I've been visiting Reshma Parlour for the past one and a half years and have availed several services such as haircuts, eyebrow shaping, detan facials, and bridal makeup. They consistently deliver excellent results. I must especially highlight their night cream and face wash, which have been very effective and give the skin a nice glow. The staff are patient and dedicated in their work, and Aparna aunty always greets customers warmly with a cheerful smile.
