I specifically told them not to cut my hair short and to maintain the length, but they went ahead and cut it all short . On top of that, they applied the cream only to half of my hair(new hair), claiming that since I had done smoothening last year, doing it again would damage my hair. After the first wash, I can clearly see the difference between the treated and untreated sections , it looks uneven . The person who treated my hair was extremely careless. She yanked out my wet, tangled hair using the wrong comb and even burnt my scalp with the blow dryer by over heat. I asked her to stop midway because it was painful, but she continued it . I initially asked for a keratin treatment, but the owner kept manipulating and pushed me into relaxing treatment instead. She offered 8,000, saying it would give a straight, sleek finish and last long but it didn't even last for two washes. Total waste of money. All the offers they advertise are just tactics to pull you in. Once you're there, they convince you to go for other treatments you never asked for and charge way more than the advertised price. She kept manipulating and pushing me until I agreed to her suggestions. Such cheap tactics. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Will not come again. This is my second visit to studio vogue kilpauk!!!! Have done my hair colour and treatment and the output was really awesome must recommend this salon for all treatments

Absolutely loved my haircut and hair color! The stylist really understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The color looks vibrant and fresh, and the cut suits me so well. Great service, friendly staff, and a relaxing experience overall. Highly recommend!

Having visited this place for the 6th time, the care and the quality which they are displaying haven't reduced even for a minute. All the staff were kind and gentle towards their customers. I highly recommend this place.
