I recently visited studio11 salon at porur... I had an excellent service offered by stylist Mr.Naveen... He took the time to discuss my hair needs and offered personalised recommendations that showcased his expertise. The service was highly professional yet friendly, making me feel completely at ease.. Mr. Naveen's attention to detail during service and styling was impressive. The salon is well-maintained ,and the staffs is attentive. I highly recommend Mr. Naveen service to anyone looking for quality service and a skilled stylist..

Amazing work I did my hair color with Pooja and she was really professional and quick. She made sure I was comfortable with everything and cross checked with Me. Would definitely recommend to all my friends

I did smoothening. Great service done by Abi. She was very friendly and patient throughout the process. They well explained all the services before starting.The receptionist was also very good. Overall experience was awesome. Much recommended!!

The staff were so friendly and their service was unparalleled!! I especially loved the service by Agnes, who attended to me with so much care and professionalism. She was sweet throughout and explained everything that she was doing. I went for a detan, and hair cleaning and loved how skillfully she did it all. Loved her massage too!

Had an amazing experience at Studio11 Porur. Hair stylist Angel did an wonderful job based on my preference. It was super quick service. Very much satisfied with your work. Keep doing the good work Angel.

Hydrafacial by agnus was excellent.. kishore took his time and did his best and fullest for layering the hair .. they were very responsible and dedicated in their work... and above all these, I was moved by the hospitality and politeness of branch manager

Editing my review: Rating: 2/5 I was a regular customer of this salon. In my last 2 visits, the person who sits in the reception is not responding properly. Not concerned to give proper response. Since last 1.5 months I stopped visiting this salon. Area of improvement: 1. Management should know how to retain and receive the regular customer. 2. The person who's sitting the in the reception, should be aware of basic customer service Note: Customer service and responding the customer is something a fundamental of this industry. Put more effort to retain the regular customers. Aslaam - another Hair stylist who can suggest a new haircut and he makes it feel good. Usually weekend ka bit busy, suggestion to reserve the time.
