The happy salon beauty

I decided to go to this place based on the recommendation of a known person. Too bad, very poor attitude! Yesterday, 5th January 2024, a little before 9pm I asked for a morning appointment for the next day, the person said I can come anywhere between 6am & 8am. Today, 6th January 2024, I called him around 7am to ask if I could come in but no response! I thought maybe he was busy with work so I went directly only to see that the shop was closed! About 5 minutes later I received a casual SMS from him saying he is opening late today! First he consciously gives an appointment, second he doesn't answer the call, third he doesn't call back but merely sends a casual SMS stating he's opening the shop late! Fantastic attitude shown towards a first time customer! Pathetic to say the least, won't visit ever again.
