We traveled all the way from Qatar, Doha and had some time to spare during our trip, so we decided to visit Visual Grammar Saloon, based on a glowing recommendation--and it was absolutely worth it! My daughters and I indulged in a luxurious hair experience, and Richard and his team truly worked wonders. From the rejuvenating hair spa to the precise cuts and stunning color transformations, every detail was executed to perfection. Richard's expertise is second to none. He took the time to understand our preferences and gave our hair a beautiful transformation--healthy, vibrant, and effortlessly stylish. The results spoke volumes about his skill and dedication to his craft. While it's bittersweet that Visual Grammar Saloon can't be our go-to salon due to distance, it has undoubtedly become a must-visit destination every time we're in Chennai. We're leaving with gorgeous hair and unforgettable memories of such a classy, professional, and indulgent experience. Thank you, to Richard and his team for making us feel and look incredible!

Richard was heavily recommended by a friend in Chennai... a cursory glance at his Instagram account and I was sold. A visit to Visual Grammar was literally the first appointment upon landing in Chennai for my vacation. Richard pulled off a stunning 180 degree transformation of my stressed tresses which from limp hair without character to luscious, elegant Mermaid layers which perfectly framed my face and added much needed volume. No hard selling whatsoever - he suggested a basin-side deep conditioning treatment. (Which even I knew I needed) The entire experience was swift, timely, professional and hit all the right notes. In and out in an hour tops. I actually returned for a wash and curl a week later just hours before flying back to Singapore. Great job, Richard. Visual Grammar will be a permanent Pitstop in my travels to Chennai hereafter. P.S. Everyone in Singapore has been asking who did my hair!

Finding a good place to get your haircut in Chennai is a menace. I checked out Visual Grammar's page in Instagram and figured why not? Turned out to be the best decision of my day! Aadharsh- the person who cut and styled my hair did a spectacular job, constantly asking me if u was comfortable with the style. I love this place, its ambiance is off the charts. It was just too good.

This is a long pending review, I had gone for a haircut here months ago. I had originally looked up the stylist's page (@vinoth_styler) and was impressed with all the looks on the page. As expected when I went to get my haircut, he was very patient and understanding about my requirement. He suggested hydrating treatment for the hair, leaving my dry scalp hydrated and helathy. He also managed to make sure i get the style I wanted. I had originally told him I wanted my hair to look a certain way as it grew and it really does now. Thank you Vinoth and the team for the amazing care. Recommended 10/10!!

Had a wonderful experience at the salon recently! was my hairstylist, and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The haircut turned out just the way I wanted--clean, stylish, and super refreshing. The salon itself had a great vibe--clean, calm, and welcoming. Definitely coming back, and I'd highly recommend asking for Shaika if you're planning a visit!

If you are looking for a great place to get a haircut, Visual Grammar is the one to go to. I have visited them multiple times and every experience has been excellent. They are always on time with appointments and the quality of the haircut is outstanding. I highly recommend Hairstylist Dinesh at the salon, he is skilled, professional and really understands what works best.

I had my hair coloured (balayage), cut and styled by Dinesh. He was very friendly and the service at the salon was top-notch. My hair has never felt softer and the colour was beautiful. I would definitely come here again if I visit Chennai.
