The bad experience starts with Shwetha We informed in advance that I was bringing my father for shave who came out of surgery just the previous week ..yet we were made to wait upon getting there. Worse still I have received multiple calls confirming if we are coming but this is level of preparation Swetha was extremely arrogant... When I told her she shouldn't make seniors wait, we were treated with a dry arrogance No efforts made to ask us if we would like to have some water given the heat in Chennai Other salons would even go extra mile asking for tea/coffer but nothing here Swetha just stood there with a swollen head because she was called out The stars im giving are for service but if it is for behaviour then I would rate negative Do not go here... Unfriendly staff .. their chins are touching the floor, no friendliness and it starts with Swetha This was our first time here and will be our last time

Absolutely LOVED the experience here. Dinesh did an amazing job when i gave him quite the challenge for my hair. He gave me good insights on how to maintain my hair and was quite honest as well. Definitely coming back :))

Just awesome. Had no clue on how to style my hair. Mr Antony, the top stylist, did a perfect job in explaining things and gave me a refreshing look. 5 stars for the work and for the people there. Would definitely suggest Vurve!!

Hi all, I have done the botoplex treatment from Vurve salon ECR but Iam very very disappointed my hair feels dry after the very first wash using the suggested shampoo,conditioner & serum. Moreover I spent more to do this treatment, Not sure if this is what they will be doing in all branches or only for ECR branch. They are just promoting their brand but as a customer iam dissatified.

Wonderful customer service. Staffs were very friendly. Hair cut and styling done by Prayash. Professional service with a clean and precise outcome. Handled with care, and I'm truly happy with the results.

Had an amazing mani-pedi experience done by Tshering and Nisha! The service was incredibly efficient, and the attention to detail was perfect. My nails look flawless, and the entire process was so relaxing. Highly recommend this Vurve ECR for top-notch care and professionalism!

Went for my husband's beard trimming. He has tried several places but no one has been able to do exactly what he wants. Finally i brought my husband here and he was pleased. The person did a great job at the beard trimming and shaped it properly. Great experience overall. This salon is a little smaller than the others. But clean and neat and good staff.

After a lot of research and biases, I decided to try Vurve Salon based on multiples positive reviews, quality, and service. Nevertheless, it turns out to be worthy of my consideration. Starting from the thorough and genuine consultation, their efficient treatment, then recommendations of a certain kind of style.
