Today I had visited. To start with, my appointment was given at 10 am and then shifted blto 10.30 am. When I was there at 10.30 am, I was forced to wait for 20 minutes Air condition in the saloon area was not working to its full potential. The person who did the service tried many times but failed and I had to request him to switch on the fan since it was suffocating. This air conditioning issue was brought to the notice of the person when I visited in December 2024. When the billing came, initially I was charged almost twice the amount displayed though one of the services in the display was not used by me. When I questioned, they reduced the bill by about 20% which again was much more than the displayed tariff. Again I had to protest and then finally I was charged slightly less than the displayed rare. I expected a better service, facility and more transparency on dealing with customers and was thoroughly disappointed this time

From the moment I walked in, Ms. Kavinaya, the receptionist, welcomed me warmly and ensured everything was well-organized for my appointment. Her friendly and professional approach made me feel instantly comfortable. Mrs. Deepa Roy, the senior stylist, did a fantastic job with my hair spa and haircut. She took the time to understand my preferences, gave great suggestions, and executed them flawlessly. My hair felt rejuvenated, silky smooth, and styled perfectly! The facial service was equally relaxing and refreshing. The products used were of high quality, and the technique was soothing yet effective. The overall ambiance of the parlour was clean, calming, and well-maintained, adding to the luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and top-notch beauty services in Coimbatore. A big thank you to Mrs. Deepa Roy and Ms. Kavinaya for their exceptional service.
