If I had to choose between hell and this salon, I'd gladly pick hell. The barber here is a hair disaster specialist. Perfect guy to ruin your hair. Check out the pic I posted. I asked for a thin line to separate my hair. Not only did he botch the job spectacularly, but he also managed to turn my scalp into a cutting board. See the pic i posted with this. He didn't even know how to shampoo after the haircut. Seriously? Throughout the process, I wanted to bolt, but since running out mid-haircut isn't exactly a great look, I had to suffer through it. I'd warn everyone about this terrible barber, who is also the only barber I saw there. Good luck with your heads if you decide to risk it! How's that for a salon?!

When we arrived at the shop openning time- the staff had not yet arrived. The lights were fluttering and the cleanliness of the place looked poor. I remember this salon from a couple of years ago and it looked like nothing was maintained or changed since then. AC was leaking in one room. There was a single lady starting our services before eventually another one joined her. My under arms burnt during the wax and it was not my skin, it was the method of the person performing the waxing. She continued to tell me the pain was okay until I had to specifically tell her that it was not the wax pain but the heat of her tool which she didnt apply evenly. There were burn on my calves too. The wax stayed on a whole day before I scrubbed it off and applied oil. No amount of wet towels or tissue or sanitizer/sprizer they used helped. I left the plce with my clothes sticking to the parts I got waxed and feeling very unsettled and aggitated in my body. I was not comfortable with the technique ir skill level of the beautician who used blotchy and thick, heavy strokes rather than stay light in her fingers. With so many areas and requests of ours unfullfilled, I am unhappy and disappointed with this store.

Really great place. A very good ambience. The hairstylists are great. Everyone is from North India but yeah they do speak English too. They've recently hiked the prices tho and brought in new staffs too. They've got foosball thing. So if you head out there with your buddies, it would be fun.

Anas is a very good and friendly stylist.. His skills are really good.. He gives an good service and down to earth and understand our needs for hair style and beard style.. And this naturals sports is less crowded, so the advantage for us his we need to wait long and i dont know y people are not coming here as like others spa and saloon wait time is very less here.. Support them.. Thanks..!!

The experience was excellent..and the technician name cindrella ,she give me wonderful experience. Iam really glad to came your saloon .And I will definitely come your saloon next time because of the technician cindrella doing a great job .she also explain how she do the work. I went for a u shape hair cut. But they have done normal straight cut only and also they charge twice as much compared to another branche in Olympus. + Tax 18% to much. Service too worst
