Worst experience i am regular customer one day i went to parlour hair smoothning but she pluked my full hair day by day my hair will be worst and now a day i dont have hair

I have been taking eyebrow and face threading service quite a few times and every time the service was top notch and we'll satisfied except for the latest service i took last week. The staff seemed to be new as I have not seen her in my earlier visits. A client before me also took threading service and she was telling about pain and the shape not being right but the staff convinced that it's the right shape and pain is because of long gap between threading sessions. I was skeptical then but still decided to go ahead only because of the previous good service offered. The staff was humming some song played and to me personally it makes me feel the staff doesn't pay enough concentration. The threading was unusually painful as staff was doing it faster and the shape was not apt for my face. She stated that my previous threading was the issue and caused pain and uneven shape. Moreover I got lot of tiny bumps in my chin area which is still there after 3 days of taking the service. (P.S I dnt have sensitive skin or never got bumps even once and i do threading once in a month regularly) Please forward the feedback to the staff so she can improve and provide better service. Train on identifying face shapes, choosing apt eyebrow shape and take time to slowly do the process.

People choice Cuddalore it's ever worst un experience rude behaviour staff's behaviour like an illiterates.. they not completing full process they didn't clearly following steps..incomplited process.. worthless waste of money.no airflow they won't turn on the AC..they enjoying them selves. Very bad very worst.

The worst salon I have ever seen please don't try this shop. I loss 5000. The service is not good and workers too.Waste of money . Very worst care and they didn't not explain properly.untrained staff too much of cost. Ladies pls never go this parlour. I will recommend this salon for beauty services.
