Disappointing Experience with HydraFacial Treatment I'm extremely dissatisfied with the HydraFacial treatment ,was supposed to be a rejuvenating experience turned out to be a disaster. The treatment was performed by a trainer, not a professional, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. The procedure left me with noticeable marks on my face that are still visible TWO MONTHS LATER! I'm shocked and disappointed by the lack of expertise and care shown by the trainer. As someone who takes skincare seriously, I expected a much higher standard from them. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns and disappointment, I had to ASK THEM to provide a refund. It wasn't offered voluntarily, and I felt like I had to ask for it. Unless they revamp their training procedures, ensure only qualified professionals perform treatments, and improve their customer service and refund policies, I would advise others to think twice before booking an appointment here. *UPDATE:* I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
