Naturals Salon

After I posted my review on 14/04/2025 I got calls from Naturals HO, regarding my post wherein I briefed the instance and they told that they will look in to it. On 15/04/2025 I got WhatsApp message from Naturals, Coonoor with the bill for the service I had taken & apologising for the instance. Further I was asked for my gpay number so as to refund me the amount for the second service I had taken. By around 7:45 pm I got a call to check for the refund and I found that it was credited. THANK YOU FOR THE POSITIVE RESPONSE!!! ____________________________________________ Today on 14/04/2025 I visited Naturals, Coonoor for skin brightening facial and a fruit burst cleanup services worth Rs. 4177/- During the time of billing I showed them the Naturals gift voucher in which I had an offer of any facial service above 1999 & above is taken, I get another facial free. But I was informed that it should have been informed before the service and once they have completed the service and the same is punched, they can't consider the voucher. Normally any such voucher in any store is submitted during the time of billing and hence I felt the reason as a lame excuse to deny the offer I had in my voucher. "TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS INSTANCE" and would never refer this store to anyone nor I will prefer this store from now.

Had a wonderful experience at naturals salon today. Stylist Christiana did my haircut, while her dedication and customer handling was tremendous right from the beginning she helped me with my service so patiently and I extend my heartful thanks to the parlour for having such a dedicated employee. Service at their best is observed!!

i loved my experience at Naturals salon Coonoor .Everyone is so welcoming,I've seen the stylist Raju, and he absolutely transformed my hair! He has turned my hair the best it's ever looked!i would recommend him!

I recently visited your salon for a haircut and hair colouring. I had clearly requested only one streak while colouring. However, without asking for my permission, the stylist applied five streaks. When I noticed this during the process and questioned him, he responded by saying "this is how we do it". He even tried to convince me to add streaks on the sides, but I refused and made it clear that I wanted to stay within my budget. During billing, I was shocked to see that I was being charged for five streaks. I was only made aware at that point that multiple streaks had been done, even though I had very clearly asked for just one. Regarding the haircut, I had asked for a straight cut. My hair was already short, but during billing, I was charged for a bob cut instead. Again, I had very clearly specified that I only wanted a straight cut. This experience felt like a total scam. I was told at billing that two streaks would be given as a "complimentary service," but that does not change the fact that I was overcharged and misled. This is not the right way to do business or to build customer trust. I would not recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience.
