BILBO'S Pony Salon (Men&Women)

I have reached the salon at 1 o'clock for eyebrows, and she asked me to wait for 30 minutes and when asked at 1:45. She said I had to wait for another 30 minutes. They don't value others time & very rude staff... i have seen all staff sitting and talking.. denied for service Kindly dont give business for this kind attitude people... first there should be humanity & respect for others

Nice environment and friendly staff. Most of them understand Tamil though they are from the north. Affordable price. You may have to wait for a long time if you go without an appointment on weekends.

All services are excellent .. Diya's service very neat and she approach customers in friendly mannar.. she s good.. and also other persons behave nice mannar..overall good saloon for all of them

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The customer service was lacking, and the "first come, first served" policy seems inconsistent. I was told that online appointments were prioritized, but it's unclear how this is managed. The loud music, especially HINDI songs, was disruptive and made it difficult to relax during the service. The staff also spoke loudly in Hindi amongst themselves, which was uncomfortable as I couldn't understand what they were saying. It felt unprofessional. My biggest concern was the number of staff members present who seemed to lack adequate training. The overall service quality was poor. Even one star feels too generous for this salon. I'm not optimistic that this review will lead to any changes, but I hope it will at least make one person think twice before visiting. Finally, I've noticed a pattern in the company's responses to reviews. They primarily engage with positive feedback, often ignoring or failing to address negative comments like mine. This selective engagement is concerning.

Today i want pony salon for a haircut And hairspa that was awesome they treat me like a family.. You guys also visit... I am so happy... Thank u pony salon for giving me nice service...
