THE WORST 650 I HAVE EVER SPENT. DON'T GO HERE I had the senior stylist cut my hair, and for that, they charged me 650. When I spend 650 on a haircut, I expect the stylist to be more outgoing, give me suggestions, have a good understanding of what hairstyle I want, make the style work for my face, and more. But the stylist I got today was none of that. He wasn't bad, but he was definitely not worth the 650 I spent. When I pay 650, I expect a STYLIST to cut my hair, not a gloomy, introverted man who replies to everything I say in one or two words to cut my hair. If this is the standard they provide for 650, I would much rather go to another run-of-the-mill barber shop on the corner of my street, who will do all this for just 150. The English of the stylist was fine; he was able to understand basic stuff, but when working in a job where communicating and dealing with people plays a huge part, having a basic level understanding of English WILL NOT CUT IT. I expect the stylist to be very enthusiastic. I expect them to have a dynamic personality, to give some suggestions, to effectively communicate their thoughts, and to actively encourage the customer to express their thoughts. By efficiency in communication, I don't mean they should use fancy language. I just expect them to express their thoughts more effectively and to have a brighter personality overall. By the end of the session, I asked the stylist to suggest some hair products that I could use daily, and with the way he was looking at my face and his coworker's face, I started doubting if he even understood what I said. I had to explain it two more times before he said, "You can't use styling products daily; it will damage your hair" under his breath. I had to repeat that sentence too just to make sure I heard him right. Charging 650 for this mediocre service is unfair. I would've gotten a refund if there had been an option for that. My problem isn't with the employees but with the company that feels it's okay to charge this much. With a name as huge as Toni & Guy, I expect their services to be consistent across all branches, but having only the prices be consistent in all your branches is a horrible business model. Either pay more to get good employees or pay good money to get your employees trained to your standard. Charging premium prices for substandard services is NOT FAIR, and it makes me so mad. The 650 I spent is not the problem, but the substandard service is. Do better.

The haircut was great. Barber is very skilled. But 3 stars as I felt they lacked professionalism and premiumness. In the professionalism department, no after-cut shower was given. Kept on juggling for the equipment asking the bays. Have to listen and communicate more with the client. Should be informative.. Premiumness wise, the studio itself was dimly pit. Lights were flickering. Ambience isn't great at all. Not double but for the three times price the above things have to be taken care off.

My stylist, Kaushal chettri did an amazing job. They took the time to discuss the best color options for my skin tone and lifestyle, and I'm so glad I trusted their expertise

I don't know about their other services but about keratin, don't waste your money. I did keratin treatment in this saloon and after ten days of time only my hair came back to normal as if I didn't do anything. I wasted 6000 rupees.
