ZIBA WOMEN'S SALON

I've been a regular customer at this salon and have always had a good experience. However, during my recent visit, I had threading done by a new staff member (I'm not sure of her name), and I felt the service was quite harsh and rushed. From the way she applied the powder to the lotion afterward, everything felt rough and uncomfortable. I kindly request the team to ensure that clients are handled more gentle.Hope to see better service next time.

I went to Ziba salon yesterday for a hair spa, and it was such a great experience! The massage was super relaxing, and the service was honestly so good. The staff was really friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The hospitality was just amazing. I left feeling refreshed and happy. Definitely coming back!

Today is the first time in Ziba suggested by my colleague who is a customer of it . Im truly amazed and love my haircut and hair colour done by Ms. Manju thank you so much for the service and it was quickly done I love it. The stylist and receptionsist were warm and friendly and as per my request the stylist did it. I like about Ziba is they are fast, puntual, good services and the client also needs to be punctual as they get lot of clients for quick services. I wish Ziba all the best and continue your great services. I'm a happy customer and will recommend.

Went for a pedicure. The staff and manager - Manju, Nisha,Jennifer and Tara were very courteous and extra thoughtful. I looked very tired and exhausted, they moved the pedicure station, to the massage chair section, so I got a free back massage in that chair..Tara very diligently and patiently provided service. They were kind enough to suggest options, unlike many salons were they try to sell the costliest product or service. Definitely going back again.

Today i was at Ziba salon and loved the service . Manju akka gave an amazing services esp. Full body Massage was super awesome and refreshing....thank u ziba. Keep rocking

I'm a regular customer, and overall, their services are excellent. However, this feedback is specifically about a recent haircut. No one informed me that the usual stylist wasn't available that day, which I only realized once my haircut was finished. Despite repeatedly requesting a specific length, I ended up with hair just below my shoulders instead of keeping it above my hip. I recommend confirming who will be doing your haircut and double-checking your preferences to ensure you get the result you want.

The services here are amazing. And prices are good too. Thank god it's an all females parlour . Makes it so comfortable for us . Manju and nancy are lovely so well behaved and excellent in their services. Thank you girls. Will continue coming here
