I had a very disappointing experience at Smart Look. The haircut service was very poor. The cloth they put over me was not clean, which felt unhygienic. The hairdresser was sneezing while cutting my hair, which made me very uncomfortable. I showed them a specific hairstyle, but they did something completely different. My haircut was very uneven-my left side was trimmed too much, while my right side was left longer. Even after I pointed it out and asked them to fix it, they didn't do a proper job. The top of my head was also not cut evenly. I don't understand why they charged 140 when the work was so poor. Honestly, even a school student's haircut looks better than what they did. Sorry, Smart Look, but this was not a good experience. I believe North Indian hairdressers might be more skilled than Tamil hairdressers in my experience, but I'm not sure where this particular barber was from. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unsatisfactory haircut.

I have asked and put natural hair colour today morning, after couple of hours full irritation started in my head, started fever and became swelling of my full face, it's worst experience

Very courteous owner and professional. Does a good job and not pricey like the other branded showrooms in kanchipuram. Lots of awards won by the owner. Their oil massage is a must try.
