Very very poor customer service.. staff are very arrogant. very bad customer service..

Very bad experience. Most of the staff have literally no idea as to what they are doing. Poor customer service when we raised a complaint. They literally burnt friend's skin while waxing and implied it wasn't burnt rather the upper layer of skin ie, the epidermis is usually peeled while waxing.

Very bad customer service when things go wrong. They literally burned my skin during waxing procedure and ripped off the upper layer of my skin. On the top pf that they suggested me to apply aloe vera gel and told me this is the only solution for it. Trust me there are better places in karakonam for waxing. Zaillon has the best waxing options ever.

There service is fascinating. Overall a very good experience.
