Most women here are polite (just most) and they don't have a proper bill for even pedicure loaded in their system. They gave me a bill for updo for a pedicure service and for asking the reason the old man in the bill counter raised his voice at me. That was 9pm then too. He apologised sarcastically without giving space for me to talk and stated that he said 5 times too- none of which were truly an apology either. Such a disaster end to the service. I chose it mistakenly for Vinitas, actually. It's mostly the same old infrastructure- staffs don't even know the reclining feature in their chairs that's been there for years. Hospitality by the staff who gave service to me was good, though they weren't any experts. I can accept all other incompetencies or their infrastructure too- but that rude person at billing was worst that I'll definitely not choose it again. There are many other better salons now with better infrastructure for best products for value service and better receptionist with better manners mainly. Very sorry to see those hardworking polite work of some women being over shadowed by that rude man. What to do- we could only choose for our own good, as ladies there deny to speak up against such things

Have been coming to them since 2010. They've been my go-to for everything from haircuts to hair-coloring jobs. Fathima, who attends to me the most is highly efficient, knows what I need and is very reliable.

Very satisfied experience in the parlour. All staffs are very polite and a must try parlour for all the services.
