Laxmi Beauty Parlour

Very disappointed with my experience here. I am from the US and so didn't know about parlours in the area and decided to go here after seeing the reviews. I arrived at 11 am for a facial and the person who runs the salon wasn't even there. After waiting almost an hour, she came and didn't greet customers. She was on the phone while doing threading and she left also in between also which delayed the facial. Time is valuable. Also when people come to the salon they want to relax. The owner was constantly yelling at her employees about not coming on time and everything right in front of her customers. This isn't good customer service. These talks should happen but not in front of everyone. This completely ruined my experience when I'm trying to relax and the owner is yelling at her employee for not being on time or doing her tasks. We don't need to hear that. Also, I thought my one hour wait was for the owner to do the facial but she delegated the job to another girl in the salon and while she was very friendly, it wasn't the best facial I've had. Employees were friendly though. Overall, wouldn't recommend. She also tried charging me 600 for the farcical when the menu card said 500. Skip and go elsewhere.

Very very poor services. They are keen on money . They don't do proper threading, waxing and bridal makeup and hair dressing. Literally i was wasted my money.
