I would like to share my experiences of this shop to help others before they decide to visit this branch. I read the reviews beforehand and chose to return for a second haircut. My first visit went well, as the stylist, Tamil, followed my requests perfectly. However, during my second visit, I asked for the same layered cut, but the stylist, Raji, did not follow my request and gave me a style that resembled those shown in the many review images. While I was fine with the hair wash since my hair was oily, I was not informed about the procedure for washing my hair when it was oily, despite asking about it when I booked my appointment. Consequently, I was charged for both the hair wash and the haircut because they stated that the haircut could only be performed after washing my hair. Additionally, they added a lifetime card to my account without my consent. Overall, I was not satisfied with how I was treated during this visit. I hope for a better experience next time at this branch, or else I may consider going to one that is closer to me.
