Naturals Mannargudi

Yesterday, I availed 3 to 4 services from Naturals, located in Mannargudi. One of the staff members, Nisha, provided me with a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow threading. Her service was absolutely fabulous. She was kind and humble, and the way she made me feel comfortable was truly commendable. I was highly satisfied with the service provided by Nisha, and I look forward to taking services from her again in the future.

I had the worst experience at Natural Barbershop in Mannargudi. The service was absolutely terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff was unprofessional and behaved in a very uncomfortable manner. I went in for a simple haircut, but they completely messed it up -- uneven, rushed, and clearly done with no skill or care. When I politely asked why they didn't cut my hair properly, they responded rudely and even started threatening me instead of addressing the issue. I've never felt so disrespected and humiliated at any salon or barbershop before. There was no sense of customer service, and the overall environment was unfriendly and intimidating. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value good grooming and respectful treatment. This place doesn't deserve to be in business with the way they treat their customers.

I would give zero rating. Worst experience ever. Rude behaviours, really they did a worst hait cut.. they literally spoiled my daughter's hair .my overall bill was 7k and they said this is small bill amount they cn do this much much only. Is 7k is small money? I was surprised where i am living? If anyone coming from other station , beware of this place .

Today, my sister went alone to Naturals for threading, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Her eyebrows were completely spoiled, ruining her entire look. When she pointed it out, the stylist - Vetri Selvi - simply brushed it off and insisted that it looked fine. Clearly, it did not. This isn't the first bad experience with the same person. A few months ago, I went there for a facial before my engagement. Vetri Selvi recommended a high-priced facial, claiming it would enhance my skin. But after the facial, my skin lost its natural glow and looked darker. On my engagement day, I felt extremely disappointed with how my skin looked. It's very upsetting to have such poor service from someone labeled as a "senior stylist." The younger staff there are actually much better and more skilled in their work. But this particular stylist has given both me and my sister terrible experiences. Would not recommend visiting Naturals if you care about your appearance and expect professionalism.

The facial was really well done - the massage and care were excellent. Vetri Selvi did a great job. The pedicure was also well done - Nisha did it very nicely. She took great care and made sure every step was perfect. She was very gentle and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. She also kept checking if everything was okay, which made the experience even better

Had a great haircut by Anupriya at Naturals! She was attentive, professional, and gave me a style that suits me well. Highly recommended!
