I recently had my haircut done by Sathiesh at Toni & Guy, Mayiladuthurai. He suggested I try the mullet cut for the first time, and I must say, it turned out amazing! I absolutely loved the style--unique, trendy, and perfectly suited for me. Sathiesh is truly skilled and understood exactly what would work for my hair. Along with the haircut, I also got a trim and spa, all at a very affordable price. I'm really impressed with the service and care provided. A big thanks to Sathiesh for such a fantastic experience--highly recommend him for anyone looking to try something new and stylish!

"Worst service ever at Essensuals by TONI & GUY Mayiladuthurai! Booked an appointment with a specific stylist, was told he was available, but upon reaching, they said his shift was over. Misleading staff, poor communication, and an unprofessional attitude. Ended up with the worst haircut of my life after being forced to accept another stylist. Never coming back. Highly disappointed" To express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and experience I had at Essensuals by TONI & GUY Mayiladuthurai. The level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement displayed by your staff has been highly disappointing. I had booked an appointment with hairstylist Mahesh and specifically inquired if he was available. Your staff confirmed that he was free, and I proceeded to the store. However, upon reaching the location--well within my scheduled time-- they was told that Mahesh's shift was over. Despite informing the staff that I was just 10 minutes away, I was again reassured that he was present. Upon arrival at 6:05 PM for my 6:10 PM appointment, I was attended by a staff member named Mukesh, who tried to convince me that another senior stylist could do the haircut instead. If Mahesh was unavailable, your staff should have informed me beforehand instead of misleading me. This lack of proper communication and accountability is unacceptable. Despite my repeated insistence that I would only get a haircut from Mahesh, I was pressured into accepting another stylist. The service I received was the worst haircut I have ever had. Your staff wasted 15 minutes trying to convince me instead of being upfront about the situation. If a stylist is unavailable, the customer should be informed in advance--not after arriving at the store. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, making it clear that Essensuals by TONI & GUY Mayiladuthurai does not value customer satisfaction. Due to this, I have decided to discontinue my visits and better to move on other stores like Naturals, where I have been a customer since 2017. Better to quit Tony and Guy
