Poongodi's Beauty Parlour

I went to Trichy Road branch for waxing. It is my worst experience so far. The woman over there did not know anything. She burnt my leg. I kept saying that the wax was too hot but she didn't know anything about heat control. I was asked to lay on newspaper and the wax got stuck on the newspaper and my legs. She didn't even turn on the lights for waxing and did only after I asked so. After waxing one half of my legs, I decided to stop and go to another place. Worst experience. My sister went to have a hair cut. She wasn't even asked to sit. The lady cut her hair while she was made to stand. We go to parlour and pay a lot for the experience. This is really bad service. I went there to support local businesses and I regretted my decision.
