I had high hopes for this salon based on its online reviews, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I made an appointment for a specific time, expecting the usual professionalism of a well-regarded establishment. However, when I arrived, I was told to wait because they were running behind schedule. No problem, I thought--it happens sometimes. But then, I waited... and waited. Time passed, and I was left sitting there for over 45 minutes, well beyond my appointment time. There was no communication or update from the staff. What really frustrated me was that the staff didn't seem concerned about the delay or my time. It's as if having an appointment doesn't mean anything to them. I get that things can get behind, but there was no effort made to keep customers informed or show any consideration for the time of those who had scheduled appointments. If you're considering booking here, be prepared for a lack of respect for your schedule and an experience that's both unprofessional and disappointing."
