I had the most amazing experience at Paris Elegance salon in Ooty, and I can't stop raving about it! Mercy's service was nothing short of exceptional. It was my mother's very first time getting a professional haircut, and Mercy treated her with such patience and care. She made my mom feel as comfortable as can be, just like a child in the best possible way. Mercy not only ensured my mom's comfort but also delivered a haircut that received her wholehearted approval - that's no small feat! But what truly impressed me was when Mercy performed the hair spa. Despite it being near the end of her shift, she approached it with meticulous attention to detail. Not many hairstylists would go that extra mile, especially towards the end of the day. I can't thank Mercy and the team at Paris Elegance enough for such a wonderful experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and Mercy's exceptional service truly set them apart. Kudos to Mercy and the entire Paris Elegance team for making my mother's first professional haircut a memorable and delightful experience. We'll definitely be returning for more!
