I recently got my haircut and treatment done here by Senthil bro. His suggestions suited my request and the outcome was perfect. My hair looks healthy and groomed. The service and ambiance were welcoming. If we reach on time as per the appointment, don't have to wait.

Very good service. My wife did botox treatment there. Revathi mam who did the procedure was very kind and perfect in her job. We liked the result so much. Rate is reasonable compared to the other branches.

This is my second time visiting Studio 11, and once again, I'm really happy with my hairstyle! They never fail to impress with their professionalism. I went for a butterfly cut this time, done by stylist Revathi--and it turned out absolutely perfect! I felt like I was in a glow-up reel. Thank you, Studio 11, for making me feel so stylish and confident!

I recently visited this parlor with a friend for a facial and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Over the phone, we were informed that 1500 would include detan, brightening, and a facial massage. However, upon arrival, we were told that only detan and brightening were part of the package, which was disappointing and felt a bit misleading. There was little to no transparency regarding the products used, and the peel-off mask applied stuck to my face and it was difficult to remove.The tissue used to wipe the face came from an unbranded roll and didn't appear to be proper facial tissue, and the cloth used was also quite rough--both of which caused irritation and discomfort. Sadly there were no visible results after the facial. While the staff member who performed the service was polite, the overall experience lacked the quality and care one would expect, especially for the price paid. I genuinely hope the salon takes these concerns into consideration and improves its service standards.
