The service at naturals Puzhuthivakkam was so good, I did a hair color and hair cut the service was good, Ms. Mangala did a good job and was very polite and friendly during the entire process.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Naturals Beauty Parlour I had an absolutely frustrating experience at Naturals Beauty Parlour this evening. I had gone in for a simple head massage and hair wash to relax myself, but the service I received was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I entered, the receptionist (a lady in a pinkish chudi) started pushing expensive treatments on me, insisting that my hair was dry and that I "needed" a hair spa costing 4000. Despite clearly stating that I only wanted a head massage and hair wash, her attitude completely shifted when I declined. The service itself was an absolute disaster. My hair wasn't washed properly--the oil was still sticking to my scalp, making my hair look greasy and unkempt. To make things worse, they barely blow-dried it, leaving my hair in a complete mess. The most infuriating part? I had a corporate meeting to attend, and thanks to their incompetence, I had to walk in with oily, unwashed-looking hair--an absolute nightmare! When I raised my concern at the reception, the same rude receptionist responded with a terrible attitude. Even after I showed her how badly my hair was done, she blatantly ignored my complaint and still charged me the full amount of 945. The issue was never about the money, but her unprofessionalism and dismissive behavior made the entire experience unbearable. It became quite clear to me that unless a customer spends over 3000, they are treated as if their service doesn't matter. Is this the standard Naturals operates by? Prioritizing upselling over actual customer satisfaction? I left the parlour highly disappointed and extremely annoyed. I expected a basic level of professionalism and service quality, but instead, I got a frustrating experience, poor service, and an unacceptable attitude from the staff. Naturals seriously needs to train its employees better--both in terms of customer service and basic hair care. Would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing salon experience. Absolutely disgraceful!

Felt super comfortable and loved how my long layers turned out. They were super accommodating to squeeze me in for an appointment a few hours before my flight. Rabike did my hair wash/ blow dry and haircut, and she did an excellent job. I will be coming back to this location next time I visit India!
