I had keratin treatment with Violet Madam. The experience was amazing and well done. She was so carrying and gentle. All the other staffs were so cordial in handling us. My husband also had a pedicure. He felt very relaxed and was happy with the service provided.

I had a great experience at Naturals Salon on MG Road, Pondicherry. I went in for a haircut and head massage, and both services were excellent. Mr. Velu did a fantastic job - he was professional, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The head massage was especially relaxing. The salon was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality service!

It's our first time in Naturals for my daughter's hair cut. Mrs.Violet serviced us and she was incredibly sweet and polite. We totally loved the new fresh hair cut and streaks colouring. And we totally recommend them.

I wanted to do eyebrow threading and waxing.....i planned to do for arms and legs... threading was good... absolutely no doubt. But waxing, oh god ,they were so harsh in doing and i got localised bruise and swelling. And they didn't do properly. I stopped with arms waxing alone and wanted to run away as soon as possible. Will never recommend this branch.

Had a brilliant experience, my husband, daughter and I got our haircut done. Wr were taken care of and the hairstylist consulted us and gave good advice for our hair and how to style them. The worst customer service ever. The lady kept complaining about my hair while drying it. While doing my hair wash and dry, my husband asked for two services and no service or attention was given to him. There was even a male customer who arrived after him but was given attention and required service. How negligent and unprofessional! In the end they very casually said no one was free for my husband but there were only me and my husband at the salon for almost an hour. Customer service matters! Wake up.
