I had done hair cut and botox treatment. The senior stylist explained the procedure and the after care very clearly before taking the service. Preethi was my stylist and she did an amazing job. she was very kind, polite and professional. She ensured she took my suggestions and gave a wonderful maker over. The hospitality is amazing. I visit natural for hair services more often for past 10 yrs... this time I'm here to do smoothening but the stylist recommended me the Botox plus... I did it, and I'm super satisfied about that... Eega the stylist did my service, I really want to say that she is a perfectionist and very professional... she did the best according to my need...and I'm very happy for that... and the staffs are also very nice to me... I wish Eega a very good future ahead...

I took my daughter for a haircut, and Eka attended to her. My daughter really enjoyed her haircut and the overall experience. I highly recommend their services. Sameer did my shaving and was very polite. Completely satisfied with the service provided.

DONT BE FOOLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS JUST LIKE ME. My Sister and I went to Naturals signature salon - Rajakilpakkam on August 15. This was the worst ever experience I've got. Naturals were in Big Beauty sale offer. Though I called them beforehand for appointment they barely cared to explain about the spa offers, even when I specifically asked for multiple times. A male and a female stylist were giving us the services - haircut and spa for my sister and spa for me. They were literally over selling hyped spa's though I denied explicitly (again multiple times). Very unprofessional, they were not really happy to be working on Independence day (holiday). The best part is their hygiene. Their Towels were stinking, dirty with some clots from previous use. Felt like it has never been sent to laundry. With their service, male stylist gave a decent haircut. Though didn't take up any of our instructions, but was keen on gossiping with his co worker. Spa worth - 1200 & 1900, was very poor, below average, I've been to other Naturals salon many a times. Massage was poor. Felt like someone vented out their frustration on my head. Head was paining like hell when I left from there. They just treated me like this as they weren't able to deny the service, as your professionals weren't ready to work on a holiday. The person at the billing, didn't even care to clarify the bill. Mean and rude responses were given. I am extremely disappointed with such a reputed brand scamming people with so many positive reviews. ZERO HYGIENE I would sincerely ask people to look for clean and hygienic salons. Never compromise hygiene for the hefty price you pay.
