Hi'my age is 21 and Weight-74.35kg I was trained here for 15 days to maintain my same weight and hip size and also i was also increased my chest and biceps . Here master gives me the perfect workout and homemade food schedule during fasting (Nombu)period and he gives me a good workout schedule. As he also explained me the proper form of the workout.
