NB Beauty Parlour

Very unsatisfactory experience. There is no price list in the salon, when asked staff showed me a list on their phone. I wanted to find out the details of each facial and there was poor explanation about the specifics of each facial although I agreed to go for wine facial as recommended by their staff. When I came to pay, I was asked to pay more money for an additional product they used( which was discussed but not informed that comes at an additional cost) The facial was good though. Definitely won't go there again Staff need lot of training, very poorly organised team.

Management should take proper actions of staff!! Men's Hair-stylish not available in working hours !! Whenever calling to them replied please wait will come in 5 mints but it's absolutely wrong commitment!!! I was waiting 30mints but no one came on time !! Management kindly look into this!!!!

Very worst service..servicer told..Ac is not working... He dnt know how to hold the trimmer while trimming in face...His hand is shivering..Also management is very worse..cost is High..Even smalll saloons they are better...I don't recommend this NB

Price wise high cost,...clean and neatly room. Switch board, plug point worst maintenance ,daily not clean comp and scissors ..

Worst experience faced in NB beauty parlor Rasipuram branch today, they charged for Mens haircut and trimming 350rs not even powering on the Air conditioner the parlor is very very hot. They don't have enough charge in the trimmer or any other alternative trimmer. They will charge for 5mins and using it for 2 mins. It's not worth for money or ambience.

Pretty clean and neat and well-maintained esp. in this pandemic situation. Reasonable price, at leat for men's salon services. Women's styling, grooming salon services are provided too and we'll priced. Expect delays during weekend because they seem to operate with limited staff. I would expect more staff at work during peak hours to avoid crowd and maintain social distancing. So one star off.

Reception - 3/5 Gents - 4/5 Ladies - 2/5 Waiting Area - 3/5 Staff's in ladies section should learn how to treat customers. Clean place. No parking available for four wheelers. Can be parked in road side during. Non peak hours. Staff's are slow when manager not there. Visit when manager is there. No backup equipment's. Trimmers are shared between ladies and gents section. Tested my patience few times sitting there waiting for trimming machine.
