HI, I visited hospital yesterday evening for my son's cold and took him to hospital again today afternoon as he was little dull and not active as usual... Last day I paid Rs. 250 /- for doctor's consultation. Again i was told to pay 250/- where I went within 24hours. Then they said me to pay Rs 200/- which I felt is not appropriate. Usually as far as I know, usually we can go for revisit atleast for next two days. But this happened where I went within 15 hours... I don't know about how the system works in other hospitals in and around Karur. They can consider for atleast next day revisit without any charges or at minimum cost... Also i would like to add, that they don't have proper house keeping team to clean . I saw a boy vomiting at patient 's waiting area. , It took almost 25 mins to 30 mins for the house keeping person to come and clean. This is the second time i witnessed this type of scenarios. The saddest part was , a year ago when I visited the hospital, the same happened, a boy vomitted and nobody was there to clean and the parents were cleaning the floor ... These need to be taken care of by management. Thanks

Unprofessional hospital, we took baby to hospital for high fever at 4:00AM. took her to hospital by informing prior by call. When we reached its locked and nurses are sleeping. we called them again and woken up them and unlocked the door. They went to woke-up the duty doctor and she looks like directly came from sleep when we go inside doctor room. Even though we informed them in call we will reach within 15mins. Never seen such unprofessional nurses and doctor. Nurse just gave fever tonic and ask us to give her by simply stand inside her desk and ask to wipe baby with wet towel without any assisting. All are just simply looks directly woken up from sleep even duty doctor. Don't know what their duty as night shift then. The worst part is they don't accept amount thrugh online mode that's fine(seems it's hospital rule), in urgency we didn't took cash as thought of online transaction. we managed to arrange by relative neighbour, as cheap they are asking do u have 1 rupee since the bill amount is not full rounded. I just asked dont you think about how we arranged and i told i don't need change its fine. Since i questioned one of nurse gave change from their own pocket. Please improve your night shift preparedness, staff professionalism, and payment options.
