This was my first time visiting Chennai, and as a non-Tamilian, I wasn't sure where to go for beauty services. I came across Born Beauty in Thuraipakkam purely based on Google reviews--and I must say, I had an amazing experience! It was my first visit to this salon, and I couldn't have been happier with the service. The owner, Divya, is an extremely sweet person with over 10 years of experience in the field. I got a facial and eyebrow shaping done, and I was truly impressed. Divya walked me through every step of the facial process--she informed me when she was about to start massaging, when she was applying the face pack, and so on. Her attention to detail and communication made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. She did an excellent job, the prices are very reasonable, and I'm already looking forward to visiting this salon again. Highly recommend!
