Had a great experience at Toni & Guy with Manikandan. Got a haircut and beard trim--he was professional and did a clean, stylish job. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a sharp and well-groomed look.

Very dissatisfied, No one has any clue on what they are supposed to do..This is the worst salon in many ways, 1. Very bad and not a hygienic ambience, very smelly rooms, a/c was not working, still the staff asked me to sit near glass wall for 25 min 2. Unfriendly and non professional staff, staff doesn't have a clue what services are available, very rude and they didn't even know how to treat and talk to customers. 3. Very expensive and not worth it. For just hair wash I was charged 600. 4. Billing was mess, they didn't even care to ask whether I have membership, 3 staff worked at billing to generate the bill. 5. Worst part is no one is ready to hear my feedback, I think they didn't even know what is a feedback? I feel like, they dont what they doing, needs training in many areas.i don't recommend this salon to anyone.

Mr. Bose from Tony&Guy did a very good service for me. As a passionate and professional hair stylist he Suggested me a suitable haircut and a good hair routine and spa for my hairfall and hair growth after postpartum. It gives me a very good result. I recommend tony&guy for their good and well maintained professional salon and Mr.Bose for his fantastic work.

The Infrastructure and facilities of this branch are very pathetic. The Air conditioning is not working, no proper equipment. The Stylist Mr. Manikandan did a great job. Request the management to look into this.

Worst customer handling though I booked for the service they promised they are available, but when I went they simply denied the service. Once I was a regular customer, here after I won't go and also would never recommend to others. worst Worst customer service

Extremely good place. Worth visiting especially for stylist Prasanna. He did a great job and I'm finally satisfied with a decent cut and shave in Tirinelveli.
