Hi I am from California, My husband and I came to my brother's birthday party and wanted to get some salon care so badly, this place was recommended by my SIL who uses their service. Quality of service was top notch, we were attended by Jemima and Jack who were so professional. We did hair coloring, facial, hair cut and pedicure and was amazed by the way we were treated with care and the results. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great service.

Jemima gave my hair a new life with her expert treatment! It felt nourished, silky, and so much healthier after just one session. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process relaxing.

I had a wonderful experience at Tony and Guy , Tirunelveli.The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The ambience was clean, calm, and relaxing - just what I needed for some self-care.

I have taken Basic pedicure service from this branch on 10th May, 2025. They charged me 1500 + GST. Felt bit high for the service which they gave me But I paid and came home. saw their social media page where it is nowhere mentioned as 1500. They refused to show catalogue as well stating it is not updated. I cross checked the same service price with rest of the 3 branches in Tirunelveli, they mentioned the price as 850 plus GST. How come the same service is double in this branch alone where rest of the branches state the same service as 850. When I called again for answer, another staff stated both receptionist and staff(Jemima Andro) are on leave. Since Branch didn't take any action to show me the proof for the amount charged, request the Toni and Guy Customer care to handle this issue.

Stylist Jemima did a wonderful work. She did hair colouring and hair cut. Highly recommended for anyone. My brother got a creative hair cut as well from Stylist Jack. My brother liked it so much that he would definitely come back again. Kudos to Toni and Guy!
