Fingertips : The Nail Studio, Tiruppur

I'm truly impressed by how they handled my concerns and went beyond, even checking in on me during a holiday. Their responsiveness allowed me to fit a nail appointment into my packed schedule. The service was really good, and they ensured every detail was perfect.

I visited this nail salon recently, and while the nail technician was friendly and knowledgeable, the overall experience was very disappointing. The equipments needs serious attention. I unfortunately ended up with a foot infection, which I believe was due to the use of unsanitary tools. The towels looked old and dirty, foot washes were stored in used hand wash containers, and the foot soaks were visibly unclean. For the luxury price they charge, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and care. While the staff's attitude was great, hygiene is non-negotiable, especially for a salon.

Excellent service, we did a walk-in for 5 people and they were able to accompdate us. They did not rush any of the service despite going past their closing time. Nail designs came out really well. Pedi and mani was very relaxing. Definitely recommended this place.

When I visited the fingertips, I told them it was my first time getting my nails done. I was given clear explanations on the different types of services they offer and they were very accommodating when I changed the appointment thrice! I'm absolutely in love with how it has turned out!

I was honestly surprised to find such a beautiful nail salon in Tiruppur. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Getting my pedicure manicure done was the best part and the massage super relaxing. I had a truly wonderful time. Surely coming back next time for the entire session !

They need to appoint more professional staff. The nail artist was conversing with another nail artist in Hindi, thinking I couldn't understand hindi, they were commenting on me. They were constantly making fun of me. And the lady who did my nails was so impatient.I asked her to make a correction on my nail and she was so irritated when I asked her to do it. I'm paying the money, I have the right to be satisfied with the work and ask for corrections if it doesn't feel right. Treat all customers equally as they're the ones that give you business.

Love this Studio! The pedicure was relaxing,and good service.Highly recommend, the technician was friendly and she did an outstanding job. The scrub,massage,and the polish application were all done perfectly.
