Razor Edge Hair & Beauty professional salon Tirupur

I went to the salon after seeing their 4.9 rating and customer haircut photos. The ambiance was decent, but the stylist who cut my hair was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. He took only 8-10 minutes and left me with an uneven haircut, with patches on either side, and the beard shaping looked poor. When I got home, I noticed half-trimmed hairs on my neck. I felt the service was overpriced and not worth it at all. Don't make decisions based solely on high ratings, perhaps a different stylist at this shop would have provided a better experience, but mine ended in total disappointment.

Worst service ever. The barber didn't treat or listen to what I said. Overrated place.

Went here after seeing many photos and 5 star reviews in Google maps. But got disappointed. I guess, service depends on the stylist available and I got unlucky there. And I didn't know their requirement for hair cut here. You should not have applied oil on your hair. I had little oil from two days back. I was told that my hair cannot be cut with this stickiness. So I had to get hair wash in cold water there which was free of cost. But with this extra work, I guess that stylist Dharun got frustrated on me. He was not able to understand what I requested for as a normal hair cut. I had to explain twice. And I can see a frustrated face with no smile. Anyways, job was done with no complaints.

Low in maintenance and very poor customer care so rudely pls avoid the shop

I Highly recommend! Guna is one of the best hair stylists I have come across , the service and hospitality is beyond expectations.. They are very friendly and get the job done exactly as you would like. Also you get very personalised hair styling done without explaining too much. Thanks and keep it going
