Today Ive visited Studio 11 in Tirupur for a spa session, and even though I arrived a bit late, I was warmly welcomed by Sangeetha with a beautiful and genuine smile. Her hospitality instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The ambiance of the place was calm and soothing, perfect for a spa experience. Sangeetha was not only professional but also extremely skilled ,she took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her techniques were excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I truly appreciate her patience, warmth, and attention to detail. It's rare to find someone so passionate and committed to giving the best service. I'm genuinely very satisfied with the entire experience.

I recently visited and expecting quality service and a safe experience. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. The salon claims to use "local products," but these products are of extremely poor quality and caused me severe reactions. After my visit, I noticed redness, itching, and irritation on my skin and scalp. When I checked the product labels, I found that they lacked proper certifications and safety standards. It's shocking that a professional salon would use such low-quality and potentially harmful products on their clients. I expected better hygiene and safety practices, especially when it comes to skincare and haircare. This experience not only ruined my day but also left me worried about the long-term effects on my health. I strongly advise others to be cautious before visiting this salon and make sure to inquire about the products being used. I hope the management takes responsibility and switches to certified, safe products instead of risking customers health to cut costs. Definitely not going back

Worst experience! none of the staff really knows what a Bob haircut is. They made my daughter's haircut horrible. And when we went for the correction they said it can't be done. When any of your staff don't know how to do a Bob haircut why do you want to take the customer in the first place. Do not fool the customer with the ambience without having a trained and experienced hair stylist. I asked for a Bob haircut but you guys did a very basic haircut in which you did a pathetic finishing in that basic haircut too and you have charged 600 rupees where I will get the same haircut outside for rupees 150. And your staff response is very unprofessional blaming the customer for your mistakes. Any normal person would say by the first look whether it's a Bob haircut or not! It's Pathetic how so-called professionals don't know to identify it. Though you provided the compensation this is not the right way.

I travelled nearly 15 kilometers today to your salon with the sole intention of getting a haircut for my children. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and unacceptable. While we were waiting, a North Indian staff member, after finishing a haircut for another customer, directly seated my child on the same chair without cleaning or sanitizing it. This is a serious concern, especially considering it is a place where children are frequent customers and hygiene must be prioritized. The workspace was visibly unclean and did not meet even basic sanitary expectations. Upon witnessing this, I decided not to proceed with the haircut and politely informed your staff. However, instead of addressing the concern, they casually responded, "Okay, then leave," with complete indifference. This kind of careless attitude and lack of professionalism raises a serious question -- is there any responsible manager overseeing the operations at this salon? It is disappointing to see such negligence in what should be a safe and hygienic environment for children. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate authority and necessary corrective action is taken to maintain standards and improve customer experience.

Had a great experience at Studio11! The ambience was relaxing and inviting, making the whole visit enjoyable. The hair wash and haircut were done with so much care, and I absolutely loved the results. Special thanks to Kogila for her excellent service and warm approach--she made the experience even better! Definitely a place I'd recommend for a refreshing salon experience.

I had an excellent experience at Studio 11 with hairstylist Gokila, who gave my 7-year-old daughter a fantastic haircut. She was patient, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout. The haircut was stylish, neatly done, and suited her perfectly. Gokila's attention to detail and friendly approach truly stood out. The salon had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Studio 11 and Gokila for anyone looking for a great haircut and other services . We will definitely be returning for future haircuts!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff displayed extremely unprofessional behavior throughout my visit. Not only was I treated rudely, but one of the employees made me feel incredibly uncomfortable by touching my body inappropriately during the service. This is completely unacceptable, and I felt violated and disrespected. I will never return and highly advise others to be cautious when choosing this place.
