Here we did hair straightening for my wife after which more than 60 percent of her hair fell out within 15 days. Now when we asked this root and rough about this they would not admit their fault and did not give any proper solution. They are only focused on selling shampoo oil etc. Please people don't come here for this kind of hair straightening from my experience.
