The staff were unskilled and seemed inexperienced in handling spa treatments. Proper equipment was not available, and the setup did not feel professional. Although we paid for a 60-minute session, the service was rushed and completed in just 25 minutes. The way they treated customers was extremely unprofessional -- we were even spoken to in an abusive manner. Overall, the service did not match the price charged. I have had foot massage at Rudra after my girivalam At Thiruvennamalai. It was very nice professional Job done by one of the staff , whose name is not in my memory. Truely it was a great foot massage experience I ever had.
