Exceptional service I had pedicure manicure and facial The service was so relaxing and refreshing

"I recently had a facial and haircut at dream25 salon, and it was a truly amazing experience. The staff was attentive, skilled, and made me feel pampered throughout. The facial left my skin glowing, and the hairstylist perfectly captured the look I wanted.

Worst salon ever visited in my life. After my saree drapping i paid amount through GPay, unfortunately the amount was stucked due to technical issue so that I paid cash. After some time the amount was debited from my account to their bank account. I asked for refund but they accused me that i didn't pay money to them, even after submitting all the transaction details ,bank statement which I have. After a week of struggle I got my money back from them . Even after they get to know that is their fault their response was "sorry! my mam is busy, she forget to send money". Irresponsible and behaviour was not good in dealing the customer. For who ever visiting the saloon be cautious in paying ur money if your amount got stucked with them then you need to struggle and your money may come back or may not.

Worst haircut ever they dont even know tamil they are doing as they like better keep this saloon on north place you will get some customers
