Hands down the best saloon in Katpadi. The service is very nice and the staff is really responsive to our choices and wants and does work to perfection. I also had a detanning session which was really good and made me feel fresh. The staff is really polite and the premises is really clean and neat.

I am writing to share my recent experience at this salon, which unfortunately fell far below expectations, particularly given the premium pricing advertised. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly outlined the pricing structure: 750 + GST for a basic "U" or straight cut 1120 + GST for a haircut by a senior stylist, which included a consultation and a professional cut We opted for the senior stylist service, expecting a higher level of expertise and attention. However, the haircut we received was extremely disappointing. The stylist appeared inexperienced, lacked basic knowledge (such as understanding what "bangs" are), and did not conduct any consultation prior to the haircut. The result was a poorly executed haircut that did not reflect the standard of a senior stylist. When I pointed out the issues and requested a correction, I was told it would "look better after the next hair wash"--a response that was unprofessional and dismissive. The stylist then attempted to use a straightener to fix the haircut but did so carelessly, nearly burning my face. At one point, sparks emitted from the straightener, indicating a serious safety concern. Additionally, the hygiene and service during the hair wash were unacceptable. A visibly dirty towel was used, water was repeatedly splashed on my face, and the overall experience felt rushed and careless. This experience was not only disappointing but concerning in terms of safety and professionalism.

After three days of being in Vellore, my hair was frizzy, dry and badly in need of a haircut. Danish really helped me and gave me a cut that gave me volume. All my damaged ends were gone and my hair never looked better. If anyone is interested for a haircut that will suit your facial shape then Danish is the guy you look for. Love the hospitality of the staff there.

Service was Good and satisfied with the haircut and especially Danish creative director's haircut is exceptionally well-designed, Its precise cut and modern flair perfectly complement their creative persona, making it an excellent representation of their unique and artistic identity.

Fabulous service by Mr. Shanavas. He was extremely friendly and gave me a perfect cut. Try to get an appointment with him and you won't be disappointed!

Shahnawaz is a great guy. Really interactive and communicative and he's also cut my hair just as I wanted. In total, it was a great experience

Had hair wash, blowdry + straightening and eyebrow threading by Shanthi and am happy with the services. She was extremely professional, polite and efficient in her work.
