My mehndi experience at ESSENSUALS BY TONI&GUY Villupuram was extremely disappointing. They advertised senior mehndi artists, which was a major reason I chose them. However, this was false. I paid 4,500, but the artist's skills were far from professional. They were unable to create the design I showed them, and the application was slow and poorly done. The entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. Furthermore, their customer service was terrible. They didn't want to give me a bill, and I had to argue to get one. I would strongly advise against going to ESSENSUALS BY TONI&GUY Villupuram for mehndi.

Full of fraudsters, locked the deal for 4000, but we paid 4500 erroneously but they did not refund the amount and the mehindi service was worst ever.

I have taken hydrating facial, pedicure and manicure at essensuals vilupuram. The staffs were so kind and friendly and especially Ms.Chandra who has given me facial and manicure service was so friendly, patient and made me feel so comfortable and her service was excellent. Ms. Suja who did pedicure too was good . Overall service was good and would love to visit again.
