Had a very good service ( Hair cut& styling) from Ms. Priyanka who was very friendly and I felt easy to express her the suggestion of service I recommend Ms.priyanka for the creative hair cuts and style at Naturals Vdm. The Ambience of the salon is also very neat and clean then calm music and song select for the manager. So highly recommend at Naturals Vdm.

The receptionist and other staffs are rude and went for threading had very bad experience. I had irritation for 2 days because of the cut. I would give them negative star if available. Worst and unprofessional staffs.

I had a bad experience at this Naturals Salon. I traveled 20 km to visit this shop and chose a haircut and trimming service. Unfortunately, the final result was very disappointing. The haircut was done by an inexperienced barber, and the service did not meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the bill was not worth the service provided. Totally disappointed!

The manager bharani behaviour was very rude and her attitude of handling customer is very worst and she made us felt that the spacial and service experience unprofessional

Worst experience from this store, they have less knowledge in work and not trained as a professional. I heard unwanted talk from staffs which makes uncomfortable to stay. Maintenance also changed and not treating customer with care. Think twice before you go. Waste of time and money. Unsatisfied to the core

Last time I gave 1 star... Here now..i have deleted my last review and rewriting the new one since they have made some changes which made the parlour a wonderful place.. they have some new beauticians who know facials and customer care.. Anushya took care of me for facials and bleach and wax and thread.. service was wonderful the way she approached me reminded me of south africa where the beauticians care really well about the skin of customers.. she valued it so much.. less talk.. best work..her skills made me sleep.. that's what relaxation meant for and the pay u give them for..non disturbing calm music.. and song selection.. they took every one of my point and changed.. i even went after my review because I just saw few other good ppl there .. so gave it a chance.. wonderful naturals .. very nice.. keep it up gals.. hi fi....

Very worst experience,I almost travelled 8 km with my kids, hair cut, recipients always say no or late you have to wait, how this kind of behavior staff, she doesn't care how to talk customer or care, my two kids are really sad those negative reply, first try to understand customer care how to respond
