I was really happy with the way the branch has treated me. The service was highly satisfactory. The workers Nazim and Karpagam were polite enough to offer the service. I strongly recommend Virudhunagar Branch Naturals to everyone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Naturals. Not only was the haircut itself poorly done, but the staff was also incredibly rude. The person cutting my hair stopped in the middle of the service to engage in a conversation with other employees in Hindi, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The overall attitude and behavior of the staff were unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed with the hair cut for my daughter.. her hair now is pure mess.. when I showed the pic of hairstyle I needed, the lady dint even see properly, saying I know what to do.. and the end result was soo bad.. atleast hair on both sides was not even at same level. And I got waxing done, which caused severe allergies and redness. Never I had them in all these years of getting waxing done. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They are very rude and there is no proper response there are Hindi ppls they not even resposing what we say and if we make any complaint there behiver is rude and suddenly stoping the hair cut inbetween the process try to avoid this place for your mental peace
