I had an absolutely terrible experience with the waxing service. The wax didn't work properly, and the strips were of poor quality, making the process extremely frustrating. It took a shocking 35 minutes just to do a half leg, and even then, the results were awful. The hair was only half-pulled out, leaving the skin patchy and far from clean. This was the worst waxing experience I've ever had--definitely not recommended! Service was done by Satvika. Although she had put in efforts, but the poor quality of products ruined the experience.

The salon service was excellent. I had threading and waxing done, and the staff was very kind and polite.
