I went for makeup artists for my wedding and other rituals. They sent 2 ladies. The makeup and hair was really bad. The foundation used was bad and then I had to give them my own foundation. She didn't even know how to apply eyeliner. Saree draping for me was good but for other people they didn't drape properly. The male makeup artist came very late. They are not experienced enough but charging a hefty amount. Really bad experience.

I had a great experience with facial. Saritha is very sweet and patient. She is very considerate in answering all the queries I had and has gone out of her way by doing all the last minute requests.

These people did an amazing job especially saritha and sameer. They listen to our request and do their best to meet the requirement.(Did their 100%)

Visited for Botox hair treatment .. I had a really good experience with the team and the service. I sincerely recommend TONI & GUY.

Worst. Unprofessional staff. They don't know any other language except hindi. Then how can you guys assist other language people? If you had to hire hindi known staff then why did you guys started the branch at core Telugu speaking location? The worst part is I went to get my splits cut to grow long hair instead one of the staff guided me to come back after few months after I achieve the hair length which I wished for. Cutting splits is a basic process for men to increase the hair growth speed haha but that one guy Samir cut on of my split and told me this wont work now the way you explained. If you had to tell me that then why did you dressed me up and start using the scissors? Im getting him he is unable to understand me then called one of his superior then he said something else. Then I realised they just dont understand their customers. I realised, expressed my dissatisfaction and started to come out of the store then that guy hold me back and sprinkled some water and dried it with very blow drier then charged me 250 for nothing. SERIOUSLY??? I WAS SPEECHLESS. YOU GUYS DID NOTHING AND CHARGED ME 250 for blow dry and unclear suggestion which I didn't ask for. WORST WORST. If you are a telugu guy and dont want to risk on your hair while making them to understand please dont visit.

Just now I can for my eyebrows, I liked it very much and also the staff here are so welcoming especially Saritha mam is so sweet thank you for the service.i recommend everyone to come over here .

Very pathetic... The lady has no patience did not do complete facial... One 5 mins massage and one pack and told that facial is completed... When we asked she was like this is how we do... She was not atall interested ... Very bad service
