Visited Vox Parlour recently and had a great experience. I got a bob cut by Aleem, and even with my thin hair, the result was impressive. The staff was polite, the environment was positive, and they genuinely made me feel comfortable. Prices are reasonable compared to many other salons. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!

I just got my haircut done, and it was an amazing experience! Aleem did a fantastic job -- he was very skilled and made sure everything was perfect. The service at the salon was excellent too, very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The 03+ skin brightness facial was a complete waste of money! The staff is dishonest--I specifically asked if a serum was applied at the end, and they repeatedly said no, only for me to find out there was one after removing my pack. They overcharge for detan too. The facial itself was useless, zero results. I trusted the reviews and deeply regret it. My sister got a bridal service, and there was absolutely no glow--what's the point of a bridal service if it doesn't even make a difference? The only decent thing was the haircut. Avoid this place and book through Urban Clap instead; at least they deliver what they promise.
