I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Ram! He is truly skilled at what he does, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivering beyond my expectations. The attention to detail and precision in his work were impressive. Not only did I leave with a great haircut, but the whole experience was also comfortable and enjoyable. Ram is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut. I'll definitely be returning!

Aysha Syed, the senior hair stylist did a wonder job at guiding me which color to chose for my hair color. Got an entire look change done. I'm so satisfied because choosing the right hair color is really critical.

Disappointing Experience at Envi - Poor Communication and Service I've tried to avoid writing this review, but after seeing how Envi has handled this situation over the past few days, I'm left with no choice. I booked an 8:30 PM appointment with a senior stylist, rearranged my schedule, and waited near the salon for four hours as I live far away. Upon arriving at 8:30, I was informed my appointment had been canceled due to the stylist's personal emergency, which is understandable. However, no one at Envi communicated this to me in advance, wasting my time and energy. When I questioned why I wasn't informed, I was told they tried calling me but couldn't reach me. This was baffling since I had received a confirmation text earlier, proving they had my correct number. On further investigation, it turned out they'd been calling the wrong number for hours. Even after realizing this, they did not take ownership and instead excused it as "a bad day." After insisting on getting my haircut due to the time I'd already invested, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes with no updates. Finally, I was assigned a stylist, but no information was provided about their level or pricing. The entire experience felt rushed and disorganized. The stylist appeared inexperienced and struggled with a simple one-level cut. I was asked to straighten my hair in order to check the levelling, however I refused as they iron it poker straight and on high heat to check, my hair is quite dry. Every stylist in the past who has cut my hair, Amir, one of their own who has always done an exceptional job, has never made me straighten my hair. That's the whole point of trimming the hair when it's soaking wet. Ideally a simple blow dry at the end is enough to check levelling. Additionally, when cutting my requested side swept fringe, I had to micromanage the process, and the results were far from what I requested. The fringe was clunky, not side swept (he cut a full frontal heavy bang), and lacked proper layering. To make matters worse, two staff members aggressively dried my hair in a hurry to close the salon for the day. I left exhausted, disappointed, and in tears. The next day, after washing my hair, I realized it wasn't even leveled properly. The branch manager offered to fix it, but I've lost trust in their capabilities. Despite informing them I wouldn't return, I've been receiving daily calls and texts from Envi, which only adds to the frustration. As a member, I expected much better. Envi, please prioritize staff training and handle such situations with better communication and professionalism. This was an extremely poor experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I had made an appointment at Banjara hills rd.12, Envi with a specific hairstylist at 8:30pm but was asked to visit by 9pm as the stylist was busy so after i arrived at 9 the stylist was still busy with a client! OK! its still understandable and then they had me waiting for almost 45-50mins and after the stylist was done with his client i heard him talking at the counter about my service that he doesn't want to do it as he wasn't informed earlier about my appointment!! I MEAN SERIOUSLY?? This is what you provide us with!? This embarrassment? and after all that they had to charge me more than i pay at another branch!!??? I mean i don't visit your salon to wait or face any kind such of environment which i had to face the other day and im not sorry to say this but i don't think i will ever visit that branch again!! Lastly , not sorry to address it this way but it was the most worst experience ever and also embarrassing at Envi salon- Banjara Hills rd no.12,...being a regualr client at Envi- KBR, i never had to deal with any such difficulties and i would request you to go have a check on my history with the KBR branch its always been good.

Had a fantastic experience at nvi! The hairstylist was skilled and understood exactly what I wanted. Loved the final look--stylish and well-executed. Great service, friendly staff, and a clean, welcoming ambiance. Highly recommend
